(1) Without the prior approval of the media establishment or any member of his family, any working journalist shall accept any kind of donation, donation, cash or gift from anyone or ask for donations or with any person related to the work of news gathering without the prior approval of the media establishment or the newspaper in any way that may affect the media establishment or newspaper in any way. Don't take a bribe.
(2) If a working journalist receives a gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he should notify the newspaper manager and do so as prescribed.
